Hi, I'm Reilley!

Reaching out for therapy (especially during pregnancy or early parenthood) can feel overwhelming. If you’re here, I’m really glad you found your way. Whether you’re preparing to become a parent, navigating life with a new baby, or carrying the weight of a pregnancy loss, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive space where you feel deeply heard, validated, and gently supported as you move through this season of life.

I specialize in maternal and perinatal mental health, with a focus on first-time parents, prenatal and postpartum anxiety, identity shifts, and pregnancy loss (including TFMR). Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a space to process this chapter of your life, I’m here to support you on your path toward healing and well-being.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, meaning our work is tailored to your unique experiences, values, and needs. Together, we’ll build on the strengths you already have while developing tools to help you feel more grounded and supported. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness interventions.

A deeper dive into my personal and professional journey:

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a genuine passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and have been practicing as a licensed mental health clinician since 2016. Before becoming a mother myself, I worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations, including school-based therapy with elementary-aged children, nonprofit clinics serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, and university counseling centers supporting young adults.

My path to specializing in perinatal mental health is deeply personal. After experiencing a difficult pregnancy loss and later welcoming my two young children, I became especially drawn to supporting others through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I’ve completed advanced training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and am committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care during what can be an incredibly vulnerable and overwhelming time..

Giving back to my community is important to me. In addition to serving as a board member of the Postpartum Health Alliance since 2022, I also facilitate in-person Mommy & Me groups in South Park, San Diego. These groups offer a supportive, judgment-free space for parents to connect, share, and feel less alone during early parenthood.

Whether you’re seeking support during a challenging season or simply want a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I’m here to help. Outside of work you can find me reading a book (typically in the romantasy genre), looking for new places for my kiddos to burn off some energy, taking a dance class, or hunting for the perfect iced matcha!
